Experiencing the Heart of Jesus

The 45 minute commute from my house to work relieves me from the stress of the world. The night is usually cool, traffic is very light when I leave the house at 8pm. The cool breeze caressing my face makes me think of the ocean. The sky is blanketed by the stars. It is just peaceful. I'm glad I gave up the luxury of being driven to work - it made me see God in His awesome greatness.

I am on the Day One of Max Lucado's Book: Experiencing the Heart of Jesus. It is very enriching, inspiring and humbling. And for this week, here's my memory verse (written from memory):

...that you may have the power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide, how long, how deep and how high is the love of Christ, and that you may find the love that surpasses knowledge - so that you will be filled to the measure, of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:18-19.

I'm looking forward to the upcoming days. I can't wait to know more of my Savior.
